He was born in Bursa. He is an accountant, a translator, a poet and an author.

He is a fellow member of the Association of International Accountants, a member of the Chartered Institute of Linguists and a member of the Chartered Institute for Security & Investments.

He lives in Greater London and works as a self employed accountant and translator. He is a bilingual poet and writes poems in English and Turkish. His poems are translated into several languages including Arabic, French, German, Greek, Italian, Japanese, Russian and Spanish.

Once, he read a novel by a Nobel laureate. The protagonist was a poet, and he expected to read poems in the novel. There were titles of poems, but no poems in it. That shortfall inspired and motivated him to write a novel.

After that, writing the novel, “ROMANCE & FINANCE Once Read, Always Remembered” has become his passion and pleasure to show the Swedish Academy and readers how a novel should be written when the protagonist is a poet.
